Leadership & Ownership 1. Led the architecture, development & growth of Arogga's internal admin platform, end to end. 2. Owned the technical direction — planning, execution, releases & long-term architecture. 3. Helped recruit, evaluate & onboard interns and other early-career engineers. Frontend Engineering 1. Built a large production admin platform from scratch, owning the whole frontend from design to deployment. 2. Designed and maintained 80+ modules including Product, Category, Discount, Variant, Vendor, Brand, Generic, Site, Block, Page, Blog, Menu, Vocabulary, Taxonomy, User, Cart, Address, Transaction, Role, Permission, B2B, Order, Issue, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Zone, Location, Sub Area, 3pl, Bag, Shipment, Warehouse, Stock, Audit, QC, Logistic, Ledger, Report, Payment, Collection, Flash Sale, Accounting, Requisition, Asset, OpEx, Cap, Supplier, Quotation, Notification, Promotion, SMS, Review, Competitor, System & Super Admin Settings. 3. Brought the e-commerce and lab APIs together behind one shared data layer that handles routing, serialization & uploads. 4. Designed a dual-API setup that kept the services separate without leaking that complexity into the UI. Backend Engineering 1. Built a Printing Server for automated business printing. 2. Built a Real-Time Server for event-driven updates. 3. Built an Attendance Sync Server that connects devices to our internal systems. System Design & Architecture 1. Designed system architectures that scale and stay maintainable. 2. Set service boundaries, integration patterns & technical standards. 3. Balanced delivery speed, complexity & long-term maintainability. 4. Introduced a multi-service SPA architecture, plus lifecycle callbacks, serialization patterns, caching strategies & WebSocket systems. Collaboration, Mentorship & Delivery 1.
